[The video feed turns on, but all you get is a smeary, slimy screen and a very very close shot of someone's... grey... neck and nose and mouth. The mouth is full of identical razor sharp teeth. The tongue and gums are grey. The lips are black.
She greets you with incredibly obnoxious laughter, slightly unsettling and very loud.]
Oh! H3H3H3... oops. It's on now.
[She pulls back, revealing a very strange, very... badly framed view. The person in question appears to be a young girl with the aformentioned grey skin and other strange attributes, but now one can see she wears ovular red glasses that hide her eyes and a very broad grin. It's huge. She also seems to have horns, but it's awfully hard to tell when she only fills like a quarter of the frame.]
This isn't the Medium.
[Terezi states this matter-of-factly, but without once losing that grin of hers.]
I just woke up on some sort of smelly soft table. I'm not sure what's going on, so I figured I'd ask first.
[She looks pensive for a moment, then reaches for something off to the side. The video cuts off.]
