Day 5 of blanket-making project and I'm finally done with the basic design. Woo-hoo! I need to reinforce some areas and I have an old sheet I can use for the back. I still have to find padding but other than that, I think I'll get this done by the end of the month, God willing. \o/

Hee! Thank you! The entire weekend I felt like I had serious ADD because I would start on an icon then go back to sewing, finish the icon, sew, start another icon, sew, finish icon, sew... It was wonky. BIG TIME. :P

The blanket came out great, see, you thought it was going to take you months...and great choice of fabrics as well, great use of different material, very quilt like.

I think with the left over fabric, I'm gonna make a totebag in the same design. That is if my fingers don't get too cramped from holding the needle for so long. I got callouses, man! When did that happen???
