Because I know there's somebody, somewhere out there who cares...because I know it ain't me...
BTW, funny story: one of my ongoing jobs is doing illustrations for this teacher who's making a coloring book about various African Americans in history. So she sends me a picture of this woman (I'm thinking she's a news anchor or something because the photo the teacher sent me was like a headshot) and I drew it as accurately as possible. So yesterday I get an email from the teacher saying that the news anchor lady wanted me to re-draw her because: a) her nose isn't that wide, b) her lips aren't that thin, c) her eyes are darker, d) she doesn't have wrinkles around her eyes, e) she doesn't have laugh lines, etc...etc... And when I read that, I laughed and laughed because what I drew? I thought I was being generous... :P
ETA: Now she wants her eyes to look exactly alike! Including her eyebrows! Let me put on my Lil' Jon voice and say, "WHAT?!?!?!"
