my question of the day is:

what if your destiny (even if it is to do good) is something you don't want?

We have to learn to ride fate. If we do not, fate will drag us where it wishes us to go and we will find misery where we may have found contentment instead.

Something like that.

My view is that there are certain, I call them "fate-points", that we are destined for/to. Which thread we take to get there is up to us.

There is no inevitability, only high probability.
Destiny is something to be achieved. It isn't just what you get, no matter what.If you don't want your destiny, pick a new one. Life is about choice.
We're here to learn. What can we learn riding rails to a predetermined end?
