Canon is my Crack and I Wants More

I’m bored. I am completely and utter mind numbing bored and there’s not much I can do about it and fandom, my usual refuge in these sort of situations, is not helping. All my fandoms either have ended or have no new canon coming for a while. Doctor Who until at least March and Heroes not at any point in the foreseeable future due to the strike.

I don't quite hate it that much, but think that for me watching Torchwood is the equivalent of drinking lighter fluid because I can't find any booze. It's not out of the question, but certainly a last resort. (Love the icon BTW).

I watch Torchwood because it amuses me, basically. And because Captain Jack's coat is made of awesome.

True. That coat is very awesome. The world would be a much better place if there were more guys who dressed up like 1940s military captains :)
