1. So it's kind of official that The Thick of It has had eight more episodes commissioned for next year. As you can imagine, I'm ridiculously happy. But next year seems so far away. And I desperately want to know whether the forth series will focus on the election, or just skip it and have the winners in power, or follow Nicola and Malcolm in ( Read more... )

I feel I should be more excited about DW too. Not that I'm not excited, but it just feels so LONG since this show has been around properly that it will take some getting used to again. But I am looking forward to Eleven and Amy :D

I has been a long time, hasn't it. Obviously not since the specials, but they weren't quite the same as having the show on. I'm just gotten out of the habit of having new Who episodes to squee over every week.

I am kind of ridiculously excited about Doctor Who. I hope it lives up to all the pre-squeeing I've been doing!

And ASHES TO ASHES. :D I've been re-watching key episodes of LoM and A2A, hoping it'll help me pick up on clues in S3. We'll see! I am notoriously bad at picking up on clues.

Hopefully the opening episode is fantastic.

I'm planning to do a bit of a re-watch of the final two episodes of season two before watching the 3x01. I subscribe to that theory that Molly's dead and Alex is crazy, so my clue spotting revolves around that.

The TTOI situation is wonderful for creativity. Because it's so small we don't have big name writers, vidders, icon makers and the like and knowing that I can do those things makes me want to provide them. And don't let worry about your work not contribute. I do that a lot and really, I'm only shooting myself in the foot.

I'm sure you'll find it one day :)

I find it's better have low expectations and not being excited than having high expectations and being over exited. You're less likely to be disappointed, so that makes perfect sense to me.
