Being another unknown, there's really much to say about the new companion other than I really like her hair and I hope her character's going to be Scottish rather than another Londoner. It struck me on seeing a photo of her just how young Team TARDIS 2010 is going to be ( Read more... )

Yeah, movie pretty much demands multi-Doctor. And Daleks. And, actually, possibly multiple companion returns. So, basically, The Five Doctors with a budget. Oh yes, and the Master. Definitely.

YAAAAY for Ten on SJA! My Ten&Luke dreams shall come true at last!

I also realized how young the new team will look. She's got me even more jazzed for s5 than Eleven's reveal did (because that came with a lot of Ten nostalgia). I love her hair and her hopefully Scottishness and her clothes because they've already hinted at a personality in my weird little head.

Really, they ought to just turn The Ten Doctors comic into an epic film. It is such a perfectly realized story, and so impressive how it brings so much together so artfully. So they may have to recast some stuff, so what...*fantasizes*

I haven't read the Ten Doctors comic *hangs head in shame* I really must. I am though eagerly awaiting the day when they can bring back the old Doctors who have passed away through the wonders of CGI and there can be a massive how-ever-many-Doctors-there-are-by-that-point multi-Doctor epic thing.

The Master. How could I forget about him? Master + Daleks. I can live without the Cybermen.

READ IT. Oh my god, it is so canon. He blends vast elements with a coherent skill that RTD could've used.

I hope she's going to be Scottish as well. I'm looking forward to having a permanent companion again because like you, I just can't really care about the one-offs the same way. It's too bad they didn't keep Donna around for the specials this year. But at least there's SJA to look forward to.

The Middleman is fantastic! It's such a shame it didn't get renewed, but not a surprising since it was so out of place on ABC Family.

It is a shame they didn't keep Donna around. What with bringing her back anyway, it seems kind of pointless she left.
