Others will take up her mantle. [She's been gone for a while now but Giovanni hasn't paid much attention to it--or rather, purposefully ignored it. And now Prydain was gone too... maybe they would find each other out there, somehow...

Giovanni himself probably has been to the greenhouse several times to check up on things--and there were other people who had asked to help maintain it that are still there.]

Magic isn't absolutely required to grow a plant. Just about everyone from Firenze knows the basics of how to do that.

That's true, but I worry about the size of it if we don't have magic helping them along. Perhaps it really is time to expand ourselves.
