I'm pretty sure that the word "revelry" should be "reverie."
I love that Wilson feels contrite about his reactions to and opinions of House's Vicodin usage, and I like that, even thought he is realizing that he might have brought some of it on himself, he is unwilling to forgive and forget all of House's transgressions (especially considering the incredible asshole-ness that House shows in this episode [Whac-a-Mole]). That is quite true to the character of Wilson.

I wrote this with the hope that it might help bring to light some issues regarding pain management that the show just glosses over.
Good catch on reverie, you're absolutely right.
I'm glad you find Wilson's feelings to be in character. Since this is my first House fic, I'm always a little worried about not "getting" them, but they're oh so fun to play with.
