I am so fucking done with Dr. Durand's office staff. It's been two fucking months since his appointment and EVERY WEEK I call them to explain that the lab orders they put the wrong diagnosis code on need to be corrected and re-sent, and EVERY WEEK I call the hospital and they've either not been sent, or been sent without being corrected.
