I'm not sure if you have something like "clearlycontacts" in the US, but I can't imagine there wouldn't be something of the sort... basically its an online optical shop, with super cheap prices. For exampe I bought a pair of authentic Oakley Rx glasses, with lenses, scratch coat, anti glare, etc, for a whopping $208 including tax and shipping. The same frames (and only the frames) here at a local shop were $270. I also bought another pair of some brand name that isn't coming to me right now, for a whopping $48 with shipping etc, and they have all the lens treatments too. Might be worth some google leg work, I know in comparison to buying them at an optical shop here I'm saving a metric ton of money.

Unfortunately I had already ordered them when I read your comment, but I'm bookmarking it for next time, b/c it definitely sounds like I'm overpaying. And this is from the "discount" vision place that is the only shop in town where I get the "discount" from my insurance.
