First new doll in four and a half years. Holy wow. Painted her up last night to take my mind off of all the crap that's happening around here that's had me in a mopey state for the last week. It's amazing what a boost in feeling it can be to create something :D

Aw, thank you - these were totally salvaged and brightened and other stuffed to make them okay, and they were the ONLY two! All the ones that I thought looked really cool made me sigh in frustration once I saw them on the screen. Apparently brown resin on a white background confuses my camera.

It's fun to have a new doll again, but now it makes me want to repaint all of my current dolls. My apartment here is extremely not convenient for face-upping; we're on a fourth floor and so to spray I have to go alllllllll the way down and alllllll the way back up every time. And I spray several times in a face-up!

Although, due to the aforementioned crap, I may be moving in a couple months. So we'll see :)
