closer and closer to christmas and "the holidays". i keep thinking i'm really going to start missing home, but i haven't felt it yet. i miss some folks, but it doesn't really bother me more to be away at this time than any other

We used to have Yorkshire pudding all the time in England. It's actually a bit of a misnomer as it's not really pudding. It's really a type of bread. It's usually cooked in a little hollow bowl shape and is very thin, sometimes crispy. Sometimes the inside is a little undercooked to give it a doughy taste as well. I'm not sure the best way to describe it, but they were pretty good.
