Happy (belated) Birthday! I'm kicking LJ for not sending me a notice about it - it usually does. Hope it was a good one.

game_byrd was telling me that a deficiency in iron can lead to cold limbs or coldness and I know people who are annemic and constantly cold, easily bruised. Besides, iron (and calcium) deficiency in women is a common problem.
