[You know what's not cool? Gaining eight hundred pounds over night. Yeah, no. Raph wouldn't recommend it. He also wouldn't recommend waking up in the wreckage of wooden splinters that was once your bed because it collapsed under said weight. He also wouldn't recommend waking up a giant lizard that looks all too familiar, scaring the crap out of

Which means that when the bed breaks with a loud crash, he wakes up and scrambles sleepily to his feet hooves with legs that still don't work quite how he wants them to. And then catches sight of Raph.
And falls to the floor again, whimpering.
He's gotta be dreaming.]

Which is still terrified.
But less.]
... Well. The first thing to do is to help maneouvre Raphael to relative safety. These splinters could be dangerous if they become embedded in his skin - though I suppose his skin is unlikely to be punctured by them, but... [Ever the OCD cleaner, Robert actually walks right up to where Raph is staring at himself in disgust - like Raph isn't even a threat, though of course he's anxious of Raph anyway - and starts to sweep away splinters and wood chips cautiously, with an air of almost-disgust. Ugh. It's disturbing to handle a dead tree like this... he still hasn't gotten over it entirely.]
... Now, I have no idea how we are going to get Raphael out of here without damaging the structural integrity of this room...

At least Raph seems to of kept his mind in check. Otherwise they'd have a fight on their hands right now. Considering how aggressive Don was like this, he really doesn't want to imagine how bad Raph would be.]
Yes, we should get you out of the room. [He hates to kick his brother out, but the house wasn't made for somebody Raph's new size. Robert he knows the feeling of wanting to clean, but right now his leader side's got control of him. With his brotherly side in there too. Don could fit through doors at April's like this, so hopefully Raph can as well.]

That wall isn't load-bearing. We can break it down if we have to.

He looks down at the man, frowning. Do you mind? Much as I'd like to squash you like a bug, I'd rather not have nerd-slime all over my rug.]

If there is any way I can assist, please inform me.

Still, Mike stays near Don. And tries not to think about the irony.]

[He moves over to where Don and Mikey are. He's doing his best to keep it in his mind that this was still Raph. It was just some cruel experiment.]
Mike, Don. We need to clear out and give him room to move. [Never mind the house. The houses fix themselves. They needed to keep the rest of them safe. He knows Raph wouldn't intentionally hurt them, but accidents can happen.

Sigh. This sucks. Seriously sucks. Stupid experiment. Stupid Malnosso. Stupid Turtle Luck.]

Donatello?!
[No, no, no, NO. Not again. Never again...!]

Sensei, it's Raph...

Splinter stares more at the beast that is his son.]
That is... Raphael?
[He remains where he is, not quite processing. Why aren't they being attacked if he's in this form?]

He nods, craning his long neck so his snout is close to his father.]
'S me.

Are you really in there, bro?]
Reply
He's there, little bro. Just as much as you are in that body.]

Mike turns to Splinter and gives him a reassuring smile. It's okay, sensei. This is Raph. You don't have to freak out.
He turns back to Raph, digging a little deeper, making sure. He frowns a little, but doesn't say anything. This is Raph. He's not a monster.]
