I always thought that I was gonna fail at this. But I’m not!
I lose 1.5 kg! In three months. It’s been so hard for me. Because I have to break all the bad habits.
1) I barely eat snack, sweet anymore. Twice a week at most. I don’t eat any chocolate for two weeks now. And barely have temptation to eat.

Make sure to eat lean sources of protein with snacks and small meals. Shoot for 5 - 6 meals and snacks everday. Yes, keep the fruit intake down, but load up on vegetables.
