Interesting project. Have you tried going to an absolute extreme and finding a program that will meld all three models? I read a popular science article a long time ago where they took 100 models from varied cultural backgrounds and melded the pictures together... basicly normalising everything. The picture that came out was supposed to be the ideal of beauty. It was so average that it was unique. Anyways I thought it was interesting.

Also the edited pictures kinda creep me out.

I agree that all your models do start to look the same after the digital enhancement project. I think it's mostly in the eyes...they all sort of end up with a similar, somewhat blank gaze in their retouched eyes.
If Allison had made it to Canada's Next Top Model, she would have been subjected to this process all the time...maybe it's a good thing she didn't get picked!
