Taking my second crack at the series. I've now watched all the First Doctor serials from my list.

The Aztecs
The Rescue
The Chase
The Time Meddler

But did you clock that Alabama Guy and Steven were the same actor? Good selection, this. The Aztecs is proper splendid, The Rescue is a simple tale with a very Nu-Who ending with The Doctor confronting the bad guy one on one, The Chase is just bloody stupid and very enjoyable from beginning to end (and Ian and Barbara's non-aging is total RTD, it's never been suggested before that), and The Time Meddler expands the Whoniverse and combines silliness with very unpleasant implied and explicit violence.

They came highly recommended. I was ready to leave the First Doctor behind completely.
