Personally, I thought that was a rather fitting end for America. One thing about Americans in general is that we do hate letting other people have the upper hand and-or having the ability to make or break us. Especially when it comes to military pursuits. So... I dunno. America choosing to end it that way makes a lot of sense to me in that America is very much "It's my way or no way and I said I was going to go out with a bang, so hah! In your face!"

*shrugs* I dunno. I don't think it was out of character or too far of a reach myself.

Yeah! I thought about that, and I realized that America wouldn't be docile towards something like that all.

But the part I was really concerned with was just how much America being a wolf took everyone by surprise, and I was trying to elaborate on why he took the game so seriously.

BECAUSE AMERICA DOES NOT TOLERATE THE SUFFERINGS OF OTHERS!

... or something?

But nah, I read the whole game and you did good on his characterization, I think!

Thanks! I guess it's easy to feel REALLY self-conscious when the canon has no serious moments, really, so at least writing down why I did what I did made me feel better!

And actually gave me a good idea for another essay: Why America is kind of his own character instead of just a stereotype.
