So, as mentioned in the voice post, the Chrysler dealership is working with me to reach a happy conclusion and are currently in the process of fixing my car. I don't know whether my due dilligance impressed them, or whether our initial conversations took place while they were in a rush to accomplish other things and therefore gave me short shrift

I did reply, but I lied. I said Monday was fine, but it's not.
