I love the amount of detail that went into the descriptions, things I hadn't even thought of until I read them. I could picture Tetsuya quietly moving around in the dark, hiding in the shadows behind the cars, thinking he'd be at a disadvantage, but instead, he worked it to his advantage *loves*

And with Part 2 ending on there being a shot ringing out 5 minutes after Tetsuya left Kaoru to find Omi and Isoda, I love how Part 3 here starts with "Twenty-three seconds into his search," a lovely well-placed reminder that makes me recall the intensity of the cliffhanger even though it's 'the beginning of the next episode' and the "cliffhanger feeling" has had enough time to die down again.

Like how Omi and Hide ties into this. Omi being his regular, baffling (to Tetsuya) self, and Hide taking care of them all without coddling anyone. Pull me back into Gakuen Heaven fandom why don't you? *snickers* Thanks for writing this.

I feel that if I have to get sucked back in, so should everyone else! \o/ It's a nice fandom to come back to anyway! *encourages* XD

I uh. Have to admit, I didn't consciously put any of that in. XD I have a really hard time starting when I try to write so that first sentence was really just put there randomly so the page didn't look blank anymore. 8D

Technically, my teachers have told me that one should be conscious about the decisions they make in whatever they're creating, but I've found that being that self-aware is highly improbable. If you didn't consciously add it in, I'd actually say it's even better because you did it without needing to think too hard about it, and YES, agreed! Staring at a blank page tends to blank my mind XD

It is, it is... I've only been writing a few sentences lately and the last bit of Surfacing is still ... uh... *hides*

I think I've heard that before, somewhere. XD I think it's a very valid point, otherwise big, huge, tangled plots would never exist. If I'm being perfectly honest though I don't think that's something I'm capable of right now anyway. I am a lazy writer, I admit!

That was so so so awesome. This is currently my new favourite series... the descriptions are so vivid, the feelings so tender, I am completely in love with this series. I want to take it out to dinner and buy flowers for it!
