More fitness crap

I have officially completed four days of my fitness program at the gym. Day One, lower body. Day Two, upper body. And so it goes, on and off, for the next three months or so. On Tuesday I did my lower body, and yesterday I did upper body ( Read more... )

Hey, 12 pull-ups are nothing to be ashamed about. For a very long time although I was very into rock climbing, I could not do even one pull-up without taking weight off (as you do with the pull-up machine). Even now, with just my own weight I can only do 3. Pat yourself on your sore back. You done gud.

It's cool. I just look forward to doing more of them decently. I don't do the sets in a row, either, which may help. I super-set with cable row. Mmmm.
