I looove Carol of the Bells! The one from the Home Alone soundtrack is the quintessential choral version (oh yeah - tying in your icon and awesome John Williams scores).

I don't think anyone ever fully stops believing in Santa >_>

Every year they try to do a Christmas song as sung by the cast! "Fairytale of New York" is perfect for The Monarch/Dr. Girlfriend, but my favorite is definitely "Venture Aid 2006." Weirdly, the site doesn't have last year's song, Fan Club Christmas Album 2010, sung partially by Shallow Gravy and featuring Christmas greetings and readings by the cast. It's strangely great!
