For light therapy, I've found the blue LEDs of the Apollo/Phillips GoLITE somewhat helpful. They mimic the wavelengths of a summer sky. The machine is small, unobtrusive, and doesn't use a ton of power. I've found older models fairly cheaply on eBay.
