Perhaps the Bear likes practicing for people, and doesn't mind the distractions as much as he likes having an audience?
I also got in 15 minutes of meditation while waiting for Colleen to come out of PT. It's a good way to fill wait time, I've found.
So have I. Especially since I find myself resistant to scheduling time for it. But waiting for the trolley, or sitting in the doctor's office waiting to be called...
Also just sitting in my office and realizing that I need it.
Hmmmm... I should find or make an icon for mindfulness. I still have a few userpic slots left...
