Wow....

Nui woke me up yesterday and I began my morning slog thru the house and went to the kitchen to get my Coffee...looked out the window and...WTF?

There was a Turkey in the back yard, eating the leftover birdseed! HA! I mean, I know the wild birdseed we get says "Attracts a Wide Varaiety of Wild Birds"...but this is just silly!

I know! I stood there, drinking my coffee and watching him/her peck at the leftover birdseed like a chicken! To cool!

No idea! HA! I mean we have wild turkeys running all around, but usually in lower populated areas. Sooooometimes Ill see a few on my way to work, but its not common. And for us to have a random turkey in our yard was just...crazy. I mean...how did it get in! And why! Heheheh it was an odd morning I must say. We were worried the feral cats may try and get at it, but they were out doing there cattiness elsewhere so...anyway, it then walked behind the garadge and was gone. The fences back there are high but it managed to fly off.

Cool. I remember when I lived in St. Louis, I drove by a park and there was a whole flock of them. Very strange to see.

Yeah it was so odd to be sippin my coffee watching a turkey peck at the seed like a chicken!
