If that blonde is Narcissa Malfoy . . . well, shucks, she would make a great Bond Girl. =)

Lovely - the voice is spot on. I can almost hear the jazz playing in the background...

I squeed at "would have made a bishop kick in a stained glass window" - so absolutely classic! Loved it!

Is Harry smoking? He needs a cigarette in his mouth for this scene. And to have a glass of something strong and cheap on the table. Yep. Very film noir.

Heh. This would, indeed, be interesting as a longer fic.

BWAHAHAHAH!!!!!! That's great! And can't you just see Luna dressed like Veronica Lake, only with radish earrings?

Wonderful job. Thanks!

(gasp!) You... you... you are going to turn in Snape to Harry??? (faints) Sequel, sequel!! Use the blonde to double-cross Harry! Give the exploding pen to Snape! Don't let Harry tear Snape apart!

Playing catch-up, and OMG I love you for that Chandleresque first line! Well, the whole thing, really, but especially that first line, which reminds me of when I first read Chandler and kept quoting similes to my boyfriend.

Lovely, fun drabble!
