hahahahahah. yesterday i worked at customer service all day. some irrate lady came up asking if anyone had turned in a set of keys. and we look around, no one had turned in any. so the lady gets all angry and she's like "well i had my purse open just like that lady over there and someone must've taken them from my purse! doesn't your store
