I'm quite excited. It just dawned on me today that the "final countdown" tweet could be in reference to the new album. I squealed a bit.

Haha, seriously. This is like Courtney Love's new album all over again; every year it's, "It's coming out this year, I swear!" and no one actually believes it until they own it. (Not that "Nobody's Daughter" was actually worth the wait...hopefully MCR's new album will have been.)

It's really only been 2 years - 1 and a half. They were touring and had a stated hiatus otherwise and weren't expected to be recording.
