Well it's nice gift to the crowd to give them some extra songs. Plus it's a warm up for both the band and the crowd, to actually give it the feel of a show.
Yeah, it seems like it'll be kind of a live video. Doesn't seem such a bad idea since the two first videos had no performance and I'm sure the next one -which will most probably continue the story- won't have any either. I think this video will be more just to promote the song/single.
they said that it was going to be something like desolation row, they just wanted to do it with a 'real' audience of their fans instead of people that just got drafted in.
