It's looking good for me to go to an upcoming small pipes workshop in West Virginia on the weekend of the 18th. Though the only small pipes I have are shuttles, I think they're a hoot. I well understand that, friend. I can only imagine the length of the road trip, too. But, thought I'd bring it to your attention, regardless, on the off chance you'd get a wild hair and want to roll on down. I think you'd enjoy meeting my bandmates, too. I can only imagine the music and mischief we'd all be up to during the inevitable sessions. Befriending EJ would be fun, too, especially given that Pennsic is part of his circuit.

(Not looking forward to the Sunday morning classes given that we'd likely be up until 5am playing pipes and knocking back pints. Oy.)
