So I woke up at 4am with the absolute conviction I needed to be awake yesterday.  Glad I did, I plotted out where I was going after I got off the Tube at Westminster, boarded the 05.30 to London (ack!) and walked with confidence through some wonderful history and a beautiful park which I'm sure I've seen in at least two episodes of Spooks.
