Ahh, Tuesday. Now known as my night off from network TV. I did keep PBS in the background (a feature about Amelia Earhart, a Frontline episode about the last abortion clinic in Mississippi, and a documentary about a famous museum robbery), though.

It's like they're deliberately misunderstanding each other!

Thornton: I love you, I want to marry you!

Margaret: Oh, so you want to possess me!

T: No, I love you!

M: Well, I don't know what to say when a man tells me that!

T: Other men have told you they love you? You whore!

Argh! This calls for head bashings and kicks to the behinds. (They are very cute though, even if I want to smack them)

Well, she does totally insult him when she's turning him down, so I think he's just lashing out. (Kind of when Darcy bashes the Bennets after Lizzie turns him down.)

What do you think of Thornton, though? I know you can't be persuaded to throw over Colin Firth, but Thornton's comparable, isn't he?

It's because you're seeing the crucial clips out of context! You have to watch the whole thing! Damn my badly timed snowboarding trip this weekend! ::grumble:: You can borrow my DVDs!

Hee! Well, I thought that clips were necessary for the full effect, with Armitage's voice and all. I think this is as far as I'll go to promote something, because any more would really put me in the crazy category.
