There's a few seconds of barney fife at 4 minutes into this one:

The entire standup that includes that clip is on his website from May 5th, 1990. I haven't watched it all yet to see if there's more Barney Fife in it.

He also does Barney Fife in an episode of the simpsons called "Pranksta Rap" during season 16, according to my research.
