what personality type are YOU?

Recently I went to this site and took their personality test. Interesting stuff, and neat that it's both a short test and thorough in analysis.

ENFP: Here's what they say about my personality type )

Sure, you'd have to take the full battery of the test to find all the details. Neat, you're the same personality type as one of my best friends!

Interesting: That used to be my personality type up until a few years ago!

Sure, I'd love to see your comments for my second-pass revision.

This is a very well-established personality test (the Myers-Briggs) and a personal favorite of mine. Someone has come up with a saying for what each acronym means. For example, for an ENFP, it would be "Everyday, New Fantastic Possibilities!" On the other hand, mine, INTP, is "It's Not Theoretically Possible". Works for me ( ... )

I love those acronyms!

Say, is it typical for one's personality type to shift over time? Mine used to be INTJ as a young'un, then ENTJ, then a few others until reaching ENFP now.

I always tell people I'm an introvert who can fake extrovert. I have to say, there's a lot of me in this description (my type was INTP), although I'm a little more hot under the collar than levelheaded. But then again, I can be quite cool under pressure ( ... )

I used to "fake extravert" when I was younger, then for a while my "E" traded places back and forth with "I," and now I'm pretty solidly extraverted.

Neat analysis.

I'm the same type as you, however I can waffle between intraverted and extraverted, depending on where I've spent most of my time.
I need balance between the two to feel truly "well".

KU has a great supervisor training program that uses this in one of the workshops. We had a lot of fun with it.
