Blaine, with Kurt, have been stuck close to their canon events and progress. After Blaine finally grabbed his balls to admit his feelings to Kurt, they shared their first kiss just before Regionals and they haven't looked back since. After the benefit at McKinley, they spent the drive back to Dalton talking about Kurt's friends and the good times he had at his old school. It's what led to Blaine suggesting to Kurt that maybe transferring back to McKinley was the best option for him now. As much as it hurt to know Kurt would leave Dalton for good, it was the right choice and with the bullying seemingly abated, Kurt transferred back to his old school and old friends. Blaine, on he other hand, after serenading Kurt in the quandrangle at McKinley the day his transfer was official, spent five days in a funk with his friends at McKinley because he missed Kurt dearly

Kurt's year was an emotional struggle for him to begin with, dealing with his dad's heart attack and then closely followed by the continued bullying that wore him more and more down. Meeting Blaine changed his life in more ways than he could possibly say. What started with a simple single-word text message turned into the best thing that happened to Kurt, and even though they had their hitches in the early days, his romantic relationship with his first boyfriend couldn't be better

Finn is mostly as per canon, save for the following. He didn't hook back up with Quinn after the initial flirting/kissing etc. After she broke up with Sam, Finn wasn't sure he wanted to backtrack on things there and they didn't resurrect their relationship. Instead, he stayed single right up to the end of school year until he reached a stumbling block of confusion with Rachel at Nationals in New York. He tried to focus a little more on his grades and got right into the Nationals prep and keeping an eye on Kurt from a distance when he returned to McKinley. Despite the untimely kiss with Rachel in New York, Finn is trying to keep his resolve and stay single, figuring relationships bring him nothing but confusion anyway and he obviously basically sucks at them

Tina and Mike broke up after Rachel's infamous boozy party, during which Mike had kissed Kurt during the Spin the Bottle game that would forever go down in New Directions history. It was barely more than a peck, Kurt's feelings for Blaine obviously preventing him from going any further, but Mike discovered it was actually quite okay kissing another guy. Nice, even, and Kurt did have nice lips and seemed to be a good kisser, even if it was just a peck. It was enough to pique Mike's curiosity, however, and he soon found himself in an all-out snog fest with Sam one afternoon in the choir room after glee practice

Mercedes has pretty much followed canon to this point, with the exception of getting together with Sam. She is still single, though looking, though at this point has just about given up hope of finding a boyfriend at high school, instead enjoying the diva life with her friends.
