Where: Ferrari's place
Who: Everyone!
Why: Par-tay!

Her parents had left the house as exactly eight O’ five, and by eight O’ seven, Ferrari had thrown on sweats, a sweatshirt and a beanie and by eight-ten, she was heading down the driveway in her Lime Green Viper to prepare for the day. There was a general rule around her house, and her ( Read more... )

Lucil had been bummed when her father informed her she was to work the night of Ferrari's big "back to school" party but was very pleasantly surprised when this meant she only had to work til six thrity. The perfect time to get off, relax for a moment to get some chow and then get a bit dolled up. And so far, so good. The blonde kept to her schedule that she had mentally implamented as she got ready. Her mother called her that cab she asked for, greatfully, as she finished curling her hair slightly before finishing her look for the night ( ... )

Ferrari had been aware of Lucil's work arrangements the day before, and had known that the chance was she would show up late. However, with a pleasant surprise, Lucil had been the first to arrive. Looking her over, Ferrari smiled. "You look nice." she commented, stepping back to open up the door further and allow the latina to step inside. She looked aorund her house to the dimmed lights andthe open spaces. "Remind me to make use of this after the party." she winked, though wasn't entirely serious. She would more then likely hook up with someone else because that's how it went. The last time she'd had a party it had been Santana and the time before was a girl from the team. Lucil was her steady, while the others were just for a change of pace.

She motioned to the house and shrugged. "Party is started now you're here. Unfortunately, no one else is --" she dropped off as the doorbell rang and smiled. She headed back to the door to open it, finding Breanah standing outside.

She simply rolled her eyes in a playful manner at Ferrari's words. Lucil knew fully well that she wouldn't get much attention tonight, it was a party and her friend was always on the prowl during a party. It wasn't anything personal, just how she worked, Lucil was her normal tension relief, she liked to change it up. "You won't need any reminders on what to use after the party, I'm sure." The girl walked further into the house as the hostess opened the door to another girl, Breanah she believed her name was. She caught sight of the other teen and smiled pleasantly, throwing her a wave and a quick "hey" before easily moving to the kitchen to dig herself out her one beer for the night. Drinking was fun, but Lucil had a personal policy to always be the most sober, no matter the affair. Something about being weak in a crowd just did not appeal to her oddly enough. After digging through the fridge, dark brown eyes glaced to the back door of the kitchen for a second, pondering if she should go say hello to her favorite beast. Cold beer in ( ... )

Breanah waved as she noticed Lucil, filling up her red cup with some mixture of liquors. Breanah took a sip from it and nodded, pleased with her concoction before approaching Lucil.

"You have so drool on your shoe" she said, taking another drink. "How big is that dog?" she asked, looking around Lucil to see if the dog had followed her in.

By the time Breanah had finished switching shoes, her aunt had pulled up to Ferrari's house. She kissed her aunt on the cheek as she opened the car door with a wayward promise of calling later to prove she was still breathing.

As Breanah made her way to the door she ran fingers through her hair to add volume that would be taken away with another sweep of her fingers. Stopping at the door Breanah rang the door bell two or three times, tapping her toe absently as she waited for it to be opened.

Ferrari opened the door, half-expecting a softball team mate to be next to show, but found the brunette there instead. Smiling amiably, Ferrari motioned inside. "Come on in. Party jsut got started. There's food, drink and music so make yourself at home." she greeted.

As Breanah had stepped inside, Ferrari opted to just leave the door open so no one else woulc have to knock and could just come in as they pleased. That had to be some sort of policy to make it a party or something. PLus it was just easier.

[Open as in the door is closed but unlocked or the door is just wide open?]

Jackson had no idea how long the party had been going on by the time he dragged himself to it. It seemed to be kicking along smoothly by the time he arrived with wasallyellow, them both having convinced each other that if the one went, the other would reluctantly go too. It was refreshing to come across someone else who wasn't in the party mood, and Jack knew there was a chance he would end the night feeling crap. But he promised white_tan he would show up, so here he was.

He slipped into the throng of the party and grabbed a cup of Coke from the table before finding a wall to plant himself up against as far away from the dancefloor as he could manage. Two minutes in the door and he was already wondering why he was here. He was separated from Audrey almost immediately, yet accidentally, in the crowd. Nothing like a teen high school party. Soon the place would be drowned in puke and lip-locks left and right. Where was the fun in that?

Lucil moved through some random people she didn't know, every so often bumping into someone and half heartedly saying a "sorry" before moving on. She could have sworn Jack moved this way but now...she wasn't too sure. The girl was expecting Breanah to be following her so she took her time looking and weaving, not moving too fast to seperate but not slow enough to look like she was daddling either. Her dark eyes roamed along the walls, thinking that if she knew Jackson, he'd be proping up a wall.

A grin passed over her lips as she finally spotted the tall, slim, dirty blonde just loitering by a wall, tring to not be anywhere near the dance area. Bingo. Lucil strode over to his area then siddled herself into the wall next to him, smiling a bit as she looked out at the sight and nudged the taller boy with her elbow. "Hey you. About time you made it. I made a new acquaintance, she should be popping back up in a sec," She turned her attention from the dance area to him. "Thanks for coming, Jack."

Breanah followed Lucil over toward her friend, holding her cup above her head as she slid between people. She kept her eyes on the back of Lucil's head as it bobbed up and down between people. "Excuse me" she said, ducking under someone's arms.

Breanah stood off to the side of Lucil, taking a slow drink from her cup and looking between the girl and her friend curiously.

Jack just shot Lucil a small, wry smirk and then shrugged. "I figure if any scandels were going to go down here tonight, I didn't want to be the last to hear about it. From the looks of it, though, not sure it's quite to the point of being scandelous, yet. I can't even see any Glee members, so what is going to keep the jocks and cheerleaders entertained?"

He noticed a slim brunette girl come up beside his friend and he leant forward to see around Lucil with a smile. "Aloha. I'm Jack," he introduced himself, holding his hand out.

Tina slowly walked up to the door of Ferrari's house, feeling exceedingly nervous for several reasons. First, she was late. This was a result of two things - convincing her parents to drop her off and deciding on an outfit. Just because most of Tina's closet was black didn't make her clothing decisions easier than any other girl's (or Kurt's). She'd finally settled on a simple black pleated skirt with tights and converse sneakers; a white blouse with a lace collar was layered beneath a black jacket that was buttoned in front, and her fingerless gloves only went as far as her wrists.

Second, Tina knew Ferrari ran with several different crowds, and the young asian girl wasn't sure which one(s) to expect. As she got closer to the open door and traces of conversations reached her ears, she began wishing she had carpooled with Artie or Mercedes or someone she knew. She didn't even know if any of her close friends were coming. Hell, even Rachel Berry would be a slightly-welcome familiar face in this situation ( ... )

Jack had excused himself from the company of Lucil and Breanah to try and track down a bathroom. The problem with being tee-total, is you usually stuck to soda to have at least something in your hand, and you downed it a lot quicker than booze. He knew there was likely going to be a line up, so he figured he would start his pilgrimage to the bathroom early. He even told himself if the line was too long, he would be putting out the Bat Call to Audrey. So far, the party just wasn't doing it for him, even if along the way to it, he had met Breanah and Audrey.

He was pushing his way through yet more bodies and then nearly smacked into someone as he was spat out the other side. He grabbed her arm so he didn't knock her off his feet. "Oh hell, I'm so sorry," he apologised. "Are you okay? It's Tina, right?"

Tina already felt shaky on her feet in this perplexing environment, but suddenly being forcefully bumped into did not help her situation. She let out a small squeak of surprise before she realized she hadn't taken a full tumble - someone had caught her. She blinked and looked at the boy holding her arm and apologizing. "Oh n-no, I-I'm sorry, it must've been my f-fault." Better to err on the side of caution than get a slushie in the face. But then again, this boy seemed to know her name, and most slushie-throwers didn't give a damn about trivial things like that. "Uh...um, wh-why? What have you heard?!"

Jack waved his hand. "No, no, no! Nothing bad. I just know you from Glee. Not that I'm a part of it, but I just know it. That's all. Promise, no conspiracy." He really didn't want her freaking out on his part, not after he had been the one to slam into her. "It was my fault, I wasn't totally watching where I was going."

"I'm sorry again," he added with a sheepish smile, and then let go of her arm to hold his hand out to her. "I'm Jack."

Kurt arrived about an hour and a half late, because he wasn't just fashionable, but fashionable and fabulous. Wearing THIS after his (and Audrey's) first choice was met with a shoe-clashing tragic disaster, he pushed his sunglasses up on top of his head and surveyed the party scene.

Average, at best. But of course, he had only just arrived, so that was expected. There was also the fact that he was maybe already slightly drunk. With bottles of alcopop being passed around on the ride over here, Kurt just hadn't been able to resist the pink one. Or the two... or three. Maybe even four. It was at least a number he could count on one hand, which he had been using to keep track. Without even thinking, he grabbed a bottle of beer off the refreshment table with one hand and a jello shot with the other. Red jello = Hummel Approval. He downed it easily, already well off the wagon, so why not. Only, he nearly gagged when he realised his second option was common beer and quickly discarded in in favour of another pineapple soda mixed with vodka ( ... )

Sam was nervous as hell to be going to this party. He knew one person in the whole place. Kurt. Well, knew them properly. The rest? He vaguely knew a name here and there. But, he'd heard this was the place to be and so who was he to argue with school politics?

He wore smart jeans, and a white shirt, new sneakers and turned up at the door with a curious look about the place. He'd gotten a ride there from his father, who lectured him on behaviour the entire way there. So honestly, when Sam saw alcohol, a lightbulb went off.

Time to grow up.

So, looking at the refreshments, he tried to work out what best to drink. He went for the beer - that was meant to be a guys drink, right? - and took it with him to find someone to talk to whilst he drank. But then he saw a familiar - the only! - face and walked over, gesturing towards Kurt with his beer. "Hey, Kurt."

Kurt did a slight double-take, but only because it took a moment or two for his brain to catch up with his eyeballs. Sam. Their conversation in the cafeteria the other day came flooding back, and he would be lying if he didn't admit that it had been nice to have a conversation with a guy who didn't want to Slushie him or just automatically assumed Kurt wanted to dry hump him at first glance. In saying that, the white shirt really worked...

"Sam," he greeted him with a smile, taking a careful step in the other guy's direction. If he forethought his movements, the ground would stop that slightly tippy feeling it was starting to get. "You've decided to brave the depths of a McKinley high soirée. I would avoid any offers to play Spin the Bottle. I here herpes is rife this month." And for some reason, Kurt my have to claw the eyeballs out of anyone who wanted to go near Sam's lips. He blinked, wondering where that thought came from.

"Yeah, thanks for the tip," he laughed quietly, taking a long drink from the beer before he pulled back, pulling a little face as he did so. "This stuff... you get used to it, right?" he'd not really drunk before. When it came to drinks at his old school, any kid caught with them ended up seriously punished. Sam had tried to avoid serious trouble at school; he'd had to focus too much on trying to keep his studies up to make sure he didn't fall behind.
