BACKYARD

The backyard is fenced in, and there's a bonfire going, if any of you are brave enough to venture out into the cold. There's also a swing set across the yard, for her younger sister. DON'T BREAK IT.

"No, it does sound datey," Artie agreed. "And I'd like it to be a date. The whole evening almost could have been, without the Santana intrusion."

He looked at her, smiling at her. "I like the sound of those benefits. They should be explored in detail, don't you think?"

"I do, too," Tina nodded. "Um...I'm sorry about how I handled that, by the way."

She blushed furiously at his words. "Artie...!" she exclaimed, her hands rushing to cover her cheeks. Despite her embarrassment, she did like his idea, but she didn't know how to admit it. "Let's...wait til we get to my house before we do any...exploring, o-okay?"

"S ok," Artie said, shrugging his shoulders slightly. "I didn't expect her to even remember it, and she was very drunk tonight."

He flushed himself. "Um yeah. I've got no desire to stay out in the cold longer than necessary. Besides, need both hands for pushing." He gave himself a big push and waved his hands in the air.
