very much an "aww" moment. i've liked this whole arc, you've done an excellent job with it, and as someone who moved multiple times as a child and knows how much it sucks to be the new kid, and how much that really does shape how you interact with new situations, i think you've done a good job at characterizing that aspect of sheppard, which a lot of people throw over for the whole "he must have been popular!" thing. he's always struck me as someone who learned to be social as a defense mechanism...

but that aside, great fun, very cute, nice emotional arc!

Also: "John insisted that he even hangover he could fly better than Rodney" (some slight wording stuff in there, might want to fix that.

And yes, I moved a lot as a kid as well. Always just as I'd gotten comfortable and let people get close to me. My stuffed animals were my only consistant friends. XD So I totally feel for John here. Thanks, I'm so glad you liked it.

Poor thing! I'm glad that's the reaction you're having, though. I wasn't sure how to go about this, because I wanted them to hug damn it, but it had to be done right and I hope I've at least made it convincing. Thank you.
