I thought about they could just replace with another Johnny's actors but maybe since it's action,only Toma seems to be more experience in this area than other? so it seems the sp was canceled.I hope he is alright

as much as i really like him in dramas (more of him to see, lol!) i think he has every right to refuse a role for whatever reason he chooses. i think they are just trying to shame him, because they really wanted him and they are angry he turned them down.

i'm personally surprised. i didn't think he had it in him! i'm so proud! xD yay, toma!

yeah they did,but most Toma's fans said this article can't be trusted cause it from the sneaky source that always shame celebrities (from girlchannel site and weibo)so I think don't take this article seriously.I don't think Toma is the type that could turn down role last minute and cause trouble.

oooh, okay. well then they probably didn't do very good research on the whole thing then. i don't think toma would cause trouble to someone either, at least not without a very good reason. and i think he's starting to become a bit sought after, so its reasonable that he may have to occasionally turn down roles. he can't be superman! (even if we think he is ;) lol)

i have complete faith in toma. whatever decision he makes regarding his career, i think he is doing the best he can. :)

Unless there has not been a contract, I would not call that being selfish. Picky, yes. ^^ but I personally would rather have good production than half-baked tv drama (even if an SP is only 1-3 episodes).
I personally am not very happy with Ouroboros and how Himawari (it is a very good story, but a little too slow for me). But Youkokuhan was very good. And now I'm looking forward for Grasshopper.
Would not mind if in the end Toma goes towards movie and theater instead of TV.

me too I am not happy with how Ouroboros TV turn out,far less exciting than the book,but Toma and Shun were very good,can't complain. Himawari a TV show?I haven't heard of it. I'm disappointed with J-drama recently so I do not mind Toma only does movies too..btw you watch yokokuhan already,nice. I love this director movies so it must be good..

sorry Himawari is sunflower late..I didn't know its Japanese title..I didn't like it at first either but the story as a whole was good,and have deep meaning,so I like it in the end.Though it's not something I would watch again and again like Hanakimi or Akihabara or unubore :D I wish Toma'd come back to funny show like that

WOOOW!!! I am proud of him!!! He has full right to decide his roles!! He is very serious about his acting, so he wants exprience all types of roles to become better actor. For actor is important to take various roles to grow up more. Toma can portraits anyone...
And i really like how he never play similar roles...
