After swimming early this morning, moaning on LJ and dragging my ass to the grocery store for some MUCH needed supplies (4 way too heavy bags, but I will not starve before my next paycheck), I spent over 5 hours outside with music, newspapers, cool drinks (iced tea only) and SUNSHINE. (I would still be outside, but food needs to be made soon.) ( Read more... )

I'm so pleased to now read you had 5 hours outside to yourself, to do as you please and just re-energise! That's wonderful!

I hope you didn't over do it in the kitchen and exhaust yourself though.

Still more computer problems. That sucks. But maybe you are right....maybe it just feels like you do at times).

Hope you had a good night's sleep to end a good day.

LOL, no, I didn't over do i in the kitchen. You know me so well! But I decided that the big cooking could wait until tomorrow. Both for energy's sake and because I will be making things that will provide meals for a few lunches at work. :)

The computer issues are the same as they've been. I haven't yet fixed them. I'm just by turns getting more frustrated and getting used to spending less time online. I would prefer to be more active online, but the computer says no, spend more time on the couch. :)

I hope I sleep well tonight too. The weather is perfect for sleeping! I FINALLY got to sleep last night by playing the Thunderstorm CD I had copied for Dee last year. I am hoping just being in a better frame of mind will enable me to sleep tonight without any help.

Oh that 5 hours WAS bliss. Wish I could do it more often.

The FFF has helped me in general, I think, because I catch myself in the middle of a moan, thinking about something good to keep me balanced. :)
