So apparently the single mouse that I caught in my apartment was not an isolated event, and not related to the fridge that was brought up from the basement. Another tenant, who lives on the other side of the building and also on the second floor, just rang my doorbell to report that she had caught 2 so far in her place. Oh no...the last thing you want is mice taking over your apartment, let alone the whole building! Best to get the exterminator in before it gets too bad. Mice breed like rabbits too - LOL! :(

Poor you, its a darned nuisance. Hope you get rid of them, we found evidence when we had a clean up we had four mice or more!!! caught four.... not funny is it? Couple of traps and we found peanut butter better than cheese...LOL discerning mice here.

LOL, I think cheese is used because of old nursery rhymes. I've never found it to be very effective. When it comes down to it, they will really eat anything.

I'm such a sucker, I do feel bad for the mice. LOL!

How can you live in the country and BE squeamish? LOL! There's a lot mor nature around you than me! I don't want the critters taking over my apartment, but otherwise I am not freaky about it. It was worse in my last apartment, when they were audible in the walls and I accidentally roasted one (didn't know they were living under the oven) and my landlords refused to do anything about it. I just hope this landlord does something quickly.

ooh, mice are yuk so I feel for you but so are cockroaches and we are coming right on into the cocky season over here, heaven forbid! I hope your mice don't turn into an army ..:)

Lots of bugs would gross me out more. I have no idea why I am not freaky about any of these critters - I just don't want LOTS of them and I don't want them in my bedroom! I'm not THAT OK with it. LOL!

It is a bit strange isn't it? All these slang words and phrases we have over here (like - keep your pecker up") haha, which by the way really means keep your chin up!! I meant to tell you that a while back. Come to think of it cocky is a rather rude word too, roflmao ..:) and the worst part is I don't even hesitate before I say them. A weird place Australia is .....

It's probably weird that I am not freaky about critters, since I've spent almost my whole life in the suburbs. But I have never been bothered by them. I only get freaky when there are LOTS of anything. Swarms of insects or ants or rodents would send me running. But a single mouse is not going to upset me. My landlord just better get his ass in gear, since they are roaming the building.
