On my recently-concluded visit to Muscat, I came across the book of autographs that links me to the scene of the crime. A fine collection indeed. There's something splendidly incongruous about those names being in a book with Mickey Mouse appearing on the cover.

"Imagine my eight-year-old delight to obtain both Michaelangelo (of Ninja Turle fame) and Sachin Tendulkar's autographs within the space of a few pages - and months!"

I'm glad you included the bit in brackets. For just a moment I thought you might have a functioning time machine. :)

Thank you! And yes, you've exactly expressed the message I was trying to convey (re: incongruity of those names and MM cover)!

That's quite the collection! Shame you didn't get Mickey Mouse's autograph while you were at it. =;)

Thank you! In fact I did get Mickey Mouse's autograph (as well as Minnie's) at Disney World. It's a few pages earlier in the book. Along with Ninja/Hero Turtle Michaelangelo and Miss Piggy amongst others! :)
