Oh, that ending. That whole last exchange. That really hit me. I really lile the idea that no matter what gets between them, those two are destined to be close on some level.

And I loved how you wrote the awkwardness and tension between them. You could really feel it.

Reading them so disconnected was so painful and close to the way of real life, I can see this Dean and have to wonder why. It's a mystery from the wishverse, why it's Dean was so isolated from his family, while our Dean clung on to them so fiercely. The ending rreally gave me hope, since I felt so sand for Dean.
