You are not alone. Hell, yesterday during my game - I reminded everyone it was winter - then made the major slip of saying "The weather looks bad, like it might snow."

Problem is, it doesn't snow here - ever. They are basically season-less due to rather weird space/magic problems. So, I felt like a retard. I intended to say "rain" - but my brain went winter/snow and filled in the blank :P Ah well - course, I felt mostly disappointed with my game yesterday - I feel the end coming for this, but I don't want it to :P So I keep putting it off, fiddling with a few side quest ideas. When, truth be told, I need to get that final drive ready to flow.

Time for the Nightwalker to come for their damn souls. :)

Well, you did say they'd pretty much made a mistake that would actually get them noticed by the big bad guy, instead of overlooked for a bunch more levels, right?

Yup, I can see how that is my fault.

But if we keep on having to run away from people at night, its kinda important.

As an idea--can you find the correct day from which to start the earth cycle and then just look at historical and/or future earth dates where someone else has already figured out the math?

IE 2/3/40 TA ME matches up to oh, 1/24/435 BCE and just run your lunar cycles from existing tables?

2/3/40 would match up to roughly... 1/24/5,000 or so BCE. I might actually be able to work out a rough approximation...

heh. That'd be hilarious.

'Ok, I need a Jan 24, approximately 7,000 years ago, with a full moon, on a Thursday (5th day of the week. Wednesday by the Shire Calendar (Sat-Fri week) and Eärenya by the King's Reckoning).'

Hmmmmm.

1966 BC, Full moon on Jan 24. Unfortunately, it's a Sunday.
