i went for a walk today, which was supposed to have been a seven mile affair rather than a 12 mile one, but, hey- i hadn't eaten yet and my brain resides in my trousers; what do you expect? anyway, i took some snapz.

and i just looked at that carcass photo and it that a deer head? gross. i would not have gotten so close if i had realized that that was a baby deer head. blechh.

had some nightmares re: vultures.

vultures entered my nightmares frequently in and after honduras because they were so brazen - it's a sick nature documentary down there.

i think i will be home for a week in june to help my mom with her new house. perhaps we can have a nature walk then.
