So I'm sitting at the West Alabama State Fair last night, working at the AL Arise booth, and we've got a "Alabama Needs a New Constitution" banner on the front of the table. Nothing special, right? Well, a guy walks by, reads it, and points to the table and says "I think we should re-instate the 1861 Constitution!" Now, for everyone who misses
