I bled for Iron Man

This afternoon I went to see Iron Man in Vacaville, and was pleasantly surprised to see the Bloodsource bloodmobiles just outside the theatre. I had extra time, and missed them the last time they came by the office ... so I donated another pint

He is and he isn't in the film. They made plenty of references to him. But much more important than the Mandarin was:

1) They nailed Pepper Potts.
2) Jim Rhodes was really nicely developed.
3) SHIELD is introduced in a way that Marvel fans will be very pleased.
4) Happy was included.

I forgot to mention that they actually need to also run a Thor film before bringing about the Avengers, and I misremembered the name of the original Iron Man comics ... they were split with Cap in the Tales of Suspense.

I had to pee so bad, that I actually ran off once the names started scrolling by. :(
