Challenge Two.

There lived a little boy and a little girl named Kay and Gerda who lived next door to each other. Their two families grew vegetables and roses in window boxes placed on the gutters. Kay and Gerda have a window-box garden to play in, and they become devoted in love to each other as playmates. But one day, a splinter of that troll mirror got into Kay's eyes and heart, that he became cruel and mad towards Gerda, his own Grandmother and his family. - Snow Queen chapter two, H.C Andersen
