Well, I don't know of many tech jobs directly (me=legal job searching), but I know that the casual gaming portal I use is usually hiring...and have a ton of openings right now.
Hey, why not come back to Amazon and join up with Apollo? We'd love to have ya! (yes, that does mean a bit of HAM in your diet, but such things can't be avoided...)
